HOW HONA Hemp USES YOUR INFORMATION

Hona may disclose your Personal Information in the following instances:

Examples of such functions include fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing technical support, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. As Part of a Merger or Sale of Business. We may disclose your Personal Information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of our business, a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, or other corporate change respecting HONA Hemp, the Website and/or the services offered hereby.
CHILDREN AND PRIVACY
Our Website is not directed to persons under the age of 18. If you are not 18 years or older, do not use our Website. It is not our intent to collect Personal Information from persons under the age of 18. If we become aware that it has collected such personal information pertaining to an individual under 18 years of age, we will take steps to promptly delete that information.

Our Website may contain links to third party Websites, applications and services not operated by us. These links are provided as a service and do not imply any endorsement by Hona of the activities or content of these Websites, applications or services nor any association with their operators. Additionally, our Website may include social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party including Websites or services directly linked to our Website. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party Website that you visit.
SECURITY, STORAGE & RETENTION
The importance of security for all Personal Information associated with visitors to the Website – as well as Hona customer information, such as cell phone numbers, texts, messages, credit card information, and addresses, and other account data – is of utmost concern to Hona, and we have implemented, and periodically review, certain physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help prevent unauthorized access and maintain data security. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In addition, due to the open nature of Internet communications, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure, and thus we cannot guarantee that communications between you and Hona will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Visitors of the Website and Hona customers use the Website at their own risk.
The Personal Information that you provide to us is generally stored on servers located in the United States. If you are located in another jurisdiction, you explicitly ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT that once your Personal Information is submitted through our Website, it will be transferred to our servers in the United States and that the United States currently does not have uniform data protection laws in place.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you service, contact us at email@example.com.
